The 21-Day Weight Loss Yoga Challenge
Join my 21-day journey to build consistency. We focus on gentle, effective yoga flows that fit into your daily life to help you feel strong, light, and confident again.
Day 1 of my 21-day weight loss series. We begin with foundational movements to warm up the body and prepare for the journey ahead.
Welcome to Day 2. Today we add loosening practices like slow jogging, forward jogging, and backward jogging to activate the core, improve balance, and get the heart rate up.
On Day 3, our focus is on toning the waist and core. This flow helps tighten the belly area. Remember to coordinate your breath with each movement, inhaling up and exhaling down.
Day 18 of our 21-day series. Here, we use a pillow for support while doing core exercises like leg raises, which helps in reducing lower belly fat.
About The 21-Day Weight Loss Challenge
The 21-day challenge is not about pushing your body to the limit on day one. It is about building a sustainable habit. We start with simple loosening practices and core engagement, slowly increasing the intensity so you do not feel overwhelmed or exhausted, especially if you are recovering from delivery.
Building Consistency, Not Just Fitness
Many people fail at weight loss because they start with intense routines their body is not ready for. In this 21-day series, we focus on safe, progressive strength. We work on your core, pelvic floor, and back strength to undo the physical toll of pregnancy and daily stress.
What You Can Expect
- Live Guidance: Every session is live via Google Meet. I am there to correct your form in real-time so you do not injure yourself.
- Specific Focus: We rotate through routines that target stubborn belly fat, love handles, and thigh toning. We also incorporate cardio flows to boost metabolism.
- Postpartum Friendly: Whether you had a normal delivery or a C-section, these moves are modified to be safe. We prioritize healing your core and back first.
- Small Batches: I keep groups small to ensure everyone gets enough attention. You are not just following a video on YouTube, you are practicing with a teacher who is watching you.
Why This Works
Yoga is not just about asanas. It is about calming the mind, which is essential for postpartum recovery. By the end of these 21 days, you will notice not just inch loss, but a significant improvement in your energy levels and posture. If you can take out just 10 to 20 minutes a day, you will see the change. Consistency hi result deti hai.
