About Children's Yoga
Why I Teach Yoga to Kids
Watching children discover yoga is just pure joy for me. I really believe it’s never too early for little ones to connect with themselves, and if that happens while we’re laughing and moving, even better. My sessions are all about making yoga feel like play, not a chore.
How My Classes Flow
- We do ‘abyhasa’ (steady, happy effort) but honestly, it just feels like an adventure. No strict rules or competition.
- I bring in stories, silly moves, animal poses, and yoga games for kids - it keeps things light and engaging.
- Mostly, I teach outdoors in parks or gardens. Nothing beats the fresh air for a kids’ yoga class.
- Kids get to try everything from simple stretches to fun arm balances (yes, even Bakasana!), but I keep it safe and accessible.
What Your Kids Get
- Physical perks: Flexibility, balance, and coordination go up a notch.
- Mind stuff: I see real changes in their ability to focus and handle distractions - yoga for focus and concentration in kids is real.
- Confidence: Best part for me is seeing kids feel good about their bodies and themselves. They’re celebrated for just being who they are.
I don’t run regular weekly classes, but I love putting together custom sessions for private groups, workshops or even birthday parties. Every group is different, and that’s what keeps it fun for me.

My Story
Vriksasana, the tree pose, always reminds me of my early yoga days. I’m not chasing medals here—yoga’s about balance, focus, and standing firm in what matters. I love mixing handstands with backbends, flipping my view upside down—sometimes you just need that shift. Some days, I’m chilling on Mother Nature’s lap, feeling lucky. Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all. Pause, breathe, enjoy your breath. Sending good vibes to all my peeps.
My Work
Yoga classes for all levels - I teach Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow for beginners, and prenatal yoga classes. Pranayama is always part of the mix.
Practice that fits you - Not flexible? No stress. I give modifications and help you find what works for your body.
Beyond stretching - We dive into heart chakra opening, stories behind poses, and breathwork for stress relief. It’s about more than just movement.
Balance & fun in every flow - Classes blend strength, flexibility, and breath—let’s move, adapt, and enjoy the flow together.
