Our HSR Layout studio is a calm, supportive space for our group classes. We focus on mindful movement, whether it's the steady alignment of Hatha or the dance-like sequences of Vinyasa, using the space to explore our practice together.

I love taking my practice outdoors to connect with the elements and find grounding on Mother Earth. From balancing on a fallen tree to flowing through sequences in a park, practicing in nature adds a beautiful, calming dimension to our yoga.

Advanced Asana: Strength & Inversions

For those looking to deepen their practice, we explore advanced asanas that build serious strength, balance, and confidence. Inversions and arm balances teach us to trust our bodies, face our fears, and find a new perspective.

Deep Stretches & Heart Openers

This is where we work on flexibility, releasing tension from the hips, hamstrings, and spine. Heart-opening backbends help to open the Anahata Chakra, creating a feeling of joy and openness to the world around us.
