My job isn’t just to give you a chart - I help you think differently about your health. No imported superfoods. Just honest, homemade food like our nani-dadi (grandmothers) used to eat. Simple, natural, and full of healing power.

I use food as medicine, focusing on what’s available in your kitchen. Weight loss follows when you build a healthy lifestyle - jhak maar ke peeche aayega (it’ll come chasing you). No starving, no expensive items. Just basic, wholesome food.
