My approach to nutrition is pretty simple - food can be your best medicine if you know what to eat and what to skip. These days, sab kuch confusing hi lagta hai (everything feels confusing), with so many fad diets and flashy packaging. I just want to help you feel better in your own body, using real, clean food.
What You Won't Get
I don't believe in crash diets or quick weight loss plans. Main aapko koi starving ya fancy detox nahi doongi (I won't give you starvation or fancy detoxes). My focus is on building habits that stick, and changes you actually enjoy.
Who I Work With
If you deal with hormonal issues (like PCOS, thyroid, menopause), have digestive problems (acidity, bloating, gas), or need help with lifestyle diseases (diabetes, high cholesterol, insulin resistance), I can help. I also work with people struggling with stress, chronic inflammation, or just feeling tired all the time.
How I Work
- I try to find the root cause, not just cover up symptoms.
- We look at your gut health first - that's where a lot of problems start. Think of it as your second brain.
- I use food as medicine - for example, chaas (buttermilk) for acidity, flaxseeds for hormones, barley or garlic for heart health.
- I keep things practical - most meals you can make ghar pe hi (at home). No complicated recipes.
The goal is to help your body heal itself by giving it the right nutrients. Trust the process and let's focus on real change, not just quick fixes.
