I know what it feels like when your body just isn't listening, especially with PCOD, bloating, or skin that refuses to cooperate. I’ve been there with clients and even in my own life - and I’ve learned that food can actually become your biggest ally.

What I Do

I mix what I learned as a USA-certified nutritionist with the age-old tricks our daadis (grandmas) used - so you get something real, not just a textbook meal plan. If you’re dealing with PCOD, I’ll guide you on high-protein, high-fiber options and bust some myths about "bad" foods. For those fighting acidity or bloating, we’ll bring it back to basics with ghar ka khaana (home food) and simple home remedies that actually work.

  • Hormonal ups and downs? We work on small swaps (flax seeds, ginger water) and smart eating habits.
  • Tummy issues? Think peppermint chai, timed coffee, and slow eating for real changes.
