- Naturopathic Audit: We start with a 30-45 minute deep-dive call to look at your medical history, TSH levels, and stress triggers.
- Customized Planning: I create weekly diet charts based on your gut response, incorporating home remedies like coriander water for digestion or seed milks for hormone balance.
- Sustainable Movement: We focus on targeted yoga asanas. If we are working on belly fat, we focus on poses like Chakki Chalanasana. If it is about stress, we integrate Pranayama like Anulom Vilom to calm the nervous system.
- Accountability: We check in every week via WhatsApp to track weight, inch loss, and how you feel emotionally.
