About Corporate Wellness Programs
I don't believe in turning your office conference room into a gym. My corporate workshops focus on 'work-in' practices, specifically chair yoga for neck and shoulder release and quick breathing techniques that fit into your workday without needing special gear or changing your clothes.
Modern work demands a lot from the mind, but the body often gets left behind in a slouched position at a desk. My approach to corporate wellness is about helping teams align their inner rhythm, even when the office environment is chaotic.
How these sessions work
I conduct 60 to 90-minute workshops specifically designed for groups of 10 to 30 employees. These are not about complex postures. Instead, we focus on functional movements and breathwork that can be integrated into a normal workday.
- Chair Yoga: We address common issues like stiff necks, tight shoulders, and lower back pain caused by prolonged sitting. These are subtle moves you can perform in office wear.
- Breathwork for Energy: We practice Kapalbhati and other controlled breathing techniques to manage energy levels during mid-day slumps and reduce the 'fight or flight' response common in high-stress roles.
- Mindfulness Education: I lead 15-minute Q&A sessions to discuss stress detachment and the importance of nasal breathing, helping employees understand why they feel drained and how to reset.
My goal is to give your team tools they can actually use. Whether it is a quick breathing exercise before a high-stakes presentation or a simple stretch to fix posture, these sessions are about creating sustainable habits.
