Sound Healing & Yoga Retreats: A Global Healing Journey
From the vibrant streets of Marrakech to my home base in Bengaluru, I bring ancient sound healing practices across borders. Join me on a journey to find the healer within.
Highlights from my 5th Sound Healing Teacher Training in Morocco. Beautiful souls from all over the country came together to learn, unlearn, and grow with over 20 instruments.
A Chakra Balance session during our wellness retreat in Marrakech, Morocco. Students are blindfolded to deepen their inner experience as I use a singing bowl to harmonize their energy centers.
A group photo with the wonderful participants of our Marrakech wellness retreat. We shared yoga, sound healing, meditation, and created a beautiful connection.
Teaching the basics of handpan during our retreat in Marrakech. It's a joy to introduce this instrument to new people and see their faces light up as they play.

Playing the handpan at one of the beautiful traditional houses I stayed in at Oualidia, Morocco. The architecture and connection to nature remind me so much of the villages in India.

About this collection
These retreats are not just trips, they are deep-immersion training courses where we work with over 40 instruments, including rare handpans and Tibetan bowls. Whether we are in a traditional house in Rabat or a retreat space in Bengaluru, the focus remains on Nāda Yoga and practical healing techniques you can take home. We keep groups small, typically 10 to 15 people, so I can ensure every participant learns to play at least 20 different instruments during our time together.
Why Global Healing?
My mission to create self-healers has taken me to over 30 countries. I have found that human nature is the same everywhere, whether in India, Brazil, or Morocco. When I host sessions in Casablanca or Marrakech, I see how traditional Moroccan houses and Indian villages share a common respect for nature and simplicity. This connection is where true healing begins.
The Training Experience
This is a journey, not a standard classroom course. We focus on the ancient science of Nāda Yoga, which is the path of sound. You will get hands-on experience with a vast array of instruments:
- Primary Instruments: Handpans, Tibetan Singing Bowls (7 types), and Therapeutic Gongs.
- Secondary Gear: Crystal Bowls, Tuning Forks, Ocean Drums, Rain Sticks, and Flutes.
- Technique: You will learn Marma therapy, energy point diagnostics, and how to balance chakras through vibration.
Practical Details
- Certification: You will receive an Ojas Yoga Academy certification, which enables you to practice as a professional Sound Healer globally.
- Atmosphere: We live together, share simple Satvik vegetarian meals, and jam in serene, nature-centric locations. It is a full-immersion format designed to help you unlearn academic pressure and find your own flow.
- Beyond the Retreat: This training covers the business side of healing—how to structure corporate sessions, pricing models, and invoicing so you can take this path professionally.
Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned practitioner, you do not need to be a musician to start. You just need to show up with an open mind and a heart ready to listen.
