My students come from all walks of life—doctors, artists, and seekers—to learn the art of self-healing. Read how this training changed their path.

Listen to a testimonial from Sohra, a student from our Casablanca course. She shares her gratitude and readiness to practice sound healing in Morocco after completing her certification.

Ritu, a yoga therapist, shares her dream of learning from me and how the course was an amazing, inspiring journey where she learned to play her favorite instrument, the handpan.

Lakshita shares her testimonial after our Bangalore course. She came with self-doubt but left feeling confident, realizing that the most important lesson is to "practice, practice, practice."

A student plays the tingsha cymbals during a jam session. The joy and connection in these moments are a testament to the power of sound and community.

The smile of a student as she practices with her singing bowl. This is the happiness that comes from connecting with your inner artist and healer.

About this collection

Most people arrive here with a bit of hesitation, wondering if they truly have the knack for sound healing. By the third day, that doubt vanishes because you realize you are not learning to be a performer; you are learning to access an energy that is already inside you. My students don't just leave with a certificate, they leave with the practical confidence to pick up any of the 40+ instruments we cover and hold space for others.

More Than Just a Course

I keep my batches small, usually 10 to 15 people, because sound healing is not a lecture, it is an immersion. Whether you are looking for a sound healing course in Bengaluru or a quiet residential retreat at NeeRav Arts Village in Bidadi, the goal is always the same: self-healing. You will work with over 47 instruments, including Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and the handpan, ensuring you gain hands-on mastery rather than just theoretical knowledge.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to be a musician to join? Not at all. I believe the human body is a pharmacy, and sound is the key to unlocking it. You do not need to know music theory. You just need an open heart and a willingness to listen. We start from the roots—understanding Nāda Yoga and the Marma points in your body.

What can I do after the training? Many of my students go on to start their own practices, integrate sound healing into their existing yoga classes, or use these techniques to help their families and corporate teams manage stress. You will walk away with the Ojas Yoga Academy certification, enabling you to conduct sessions globally.

Is the training only in Bengaluru? While my home base is Namma Bengaluru, I host trainings in various locations, including Morocco and across Europe. The essence of the training remains consistent: authentic Indian techniques, practical instrument training, and a deep dive into the science of vibration.
