Beyond the mat and the sound bath, this is a glimpse into the rhythm of my life — from late-night jams to mindful living.

A late-night intuitive music session, blending the sounds of the South Indian Ghatam and the North Indian Morsing. This is what I do after 11 PM to connect with my inner rhythm.

I found this amazing space in Jaipur called Jawaharlal Kala Kendra (JKK) where musicians and lovers of music can gather to jam. Here we are, singing a Shiva mantra together.

I was honored to be invited for the inauguration of Neladavva Kala Kendra, a beautiful initiative to preserve our rich cultural heritage. I spoke and played my handpan for the occasion.

Sharing a laugh with fellow artists and dignitaries on stage at the inauguration event. It is inspiring to be part of a community that values art and culture.

A moment of felicitation at the Neladavva Kala Kendra inauguration. I am grateful for the opportunity to support such meaningful initiatives.

Food is medicine. Here is a simple recipe for a cooling summer juice with watermelon, mint, ginger, and amla that boosts digestion and immunity. Your health is in your hands.

A moment of peace at The Tamara Coorg. I love their dedication to wellness and creating spaces for yoga and healing. Find bliss within, where judgments are disallowed.

Rise your vibrations. A photo from my time in Coorg, surrounded by nature. It's a reminder that our inner state is reflected in the world around us.

You cannot "do" meditation; meditation is a state you reach. In this video, I explain the difference between Dharana (concentration) and Dhyana (meditation) from the path of Ashtanga Yoga.

A sound healing session in a beautiful, ambient setting in Bangalore. Ancient techniques like sound healing are safe, effective, and have no side effects.

About Additional Work & Musings

My creative process is rarely scheduled; it happens spontaneously, often after 11 PM when I sit with my handpan or a morsing to connect with my inner rhythm. If you find these late-night jam sessions resonate with you, it is because I believe music and healing live within us all, and I am simply holding the space for that potential to wake up. These moments are not just about entertainment, but about reaching a state of flow that translates into the healing work I offer in my workshops.
