About Flexibility & Splits (Get Bendy!)

Splits are a game of patience, not speed. In my sessions, we focus on using props like yoga blocks and straps to support your body while it opens up. This keeps you safe, prevents injury, and helps you reach your goal without forcing your muscles before they are ready.

Whether you are working toward the Hanumanasana (front splits) or Samakonasana (middle splits), the process requires a consistent approach. My training philosophy is simple: discipline beats motivation. We do not rush, and we definitely do not force our bodies into positions they aren't ready for.

How we unlock your flexibility

  • Prop-supported progress: Blocks, straps, and wall support are not a sign of weakness. They are tools to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. I teach you how to use these to create safe, sustainable stretches.
  • Personalized sequencing: If you have tight hamstrings or stiff hips, we don't just 'do splits.' We work on the foundation—hip openers, hamstring glides, and active flexibility drills—so your body naturally releases tension over time.
  • Safe alignment: Whether you are joining my online 1-on-1 sessions or I am guiding you in your Bengaluru home, I focus on tactile cues and real-time form correction. Protecting your lower back and knees is always the priority.
