About this collection

We do not use recorded tracks or apps. In our sessions, you will experience live acoustic soundscapes crafted with Tibetan singing bowls and gongs. Because the resonance is created in real-time, the experience shifts with the room’s energy, making each session feel like a unique, tactile conversation between the instruments and your nervous system.

The Science of Stillness

We root our sessions in the principles of Naad Yoga, which views sound as a powerful tool for connection and clarity. In our fast-paced lives, our brains are constantly processing input. A sound bath acts as an intentional pause button. By shifting from an active state to a passive, receptive one, we allow the body to drop into a deep state of rest that is difficult to achieve otherwise.

What Happens in a Session

Most of our participants arrive as absolute beginners, often with a little skepticism about what to expect. You do not need to know how to meditate to get the benefits. You simply lie down on a premium mat in Savasana, pull a light blanket over yourself, and listen. Our experts guide the session using Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. The frequencies produced by these instruments are designed to wash over you, helping to lower cortisol levels and steady the breath.

Designed for Comfort

We provide everything you need to switch off, including mats, eye masks, and bolsters. We focus on creating a distraction-free environment, which is why we encourage a digital detox during the session. Afterward, we serve warm herbal tea, providing a moment for the group to ground themselves before heading back into the city. Whether you join us in Mumbai, Bangalore, or any of our other locations, the goal remains the same: to help you feel a little lighter and clearer than when you walked in.
