About The XMA Training System
You see that high kick in the footage? That is not luck, that is drilled technique. In our dojo, we train co-ed because the fight does not ask who you are. We focus on distance, timing, and precision, not just mindless aggression. If you want to move beyond basic workouts and actually learn how to land a strike, this is where you start.
My XMA system is not just about throwing punches. We build the fighter from the ground up. In our sessions at Preet Manch, you will spend your time on 25mm foam mats designed for safety, but we do not go easy. We blend Karate Kumite for precision with MMA drills for real-world application. Every class includes high-rep calisthenics—push-ups, burpees, and shuttle runs—to ensure your cardio is as sharp as your technique.
You will be sparring under direct supervision, learning how to manage range and timing against different partners. It is a group setting, usually 10 to 18 people, which keeps the energy high and forces you to adapt to different opponents. We end with the same discipline we start with.
