Pricing Guide
Monthly Regular Training (Sree Kanteerava Stadium)
Training Schedule
- Access to 3 to 5 sessions per week (Morning or Evening batches).
- Extended duration sessions: 90 to 120 minutes per class.
Curriculum & Drills
- Striking: World Taekwondo curriculum covering kicks (roundhouse, side, back) and punches.
- Combat: Kyorugi sparring simulation and defensive footwork.
- Conditioning: Intense stadium runs, agility ladder drills, and high-rep calisthenics.
Facility & Equipment
- Training conducted at government-affiliated non-AC facility with 25mm EVA mats.
- Shared access to impact gear (kicking paddles, focus mitts, heavy bags).
- Provision of shared protective gear (Hogu chest guards, headgear) for sparring.
- Eligibility for official belt grading exams.
Intensive Self-Defense Workshop
Format Options
- Weekend Intensive: Typically 2 days (approx. 3 hours per day).
- Seasonal Camp: 10-15 day duration (approx. 2 hours daily).
- Includes Certificate of Participation from Karnataka Taekwondo Academy.
Practical Defense Techniques
- Escapes: Drills for releasing hair grabs, chokeholds, and pinned positions.
- Striking: Close-quarter impact training using knees, elbows, and palm strikes.
- De-escalation: Vocal assertiveness and posture training for threat management.
Fitness Component
- Condensed agility and endurance drills derived from the core KTA curriculum.

Why We Do What We Do
For us, self-defense is more than just kicks and punches. It's about having both dimag aur dil (mind and heart) to face whatever comes your way. We want you to feel at home and strong, whether you're walking down MG Road or just crossing your own street. Here, you're not just building muscle - you're building character.
What Training Feels Like
Our classes mix real-life self-defense techniques from Taekwondo with solid fitness routines. Expect drills that get you moving - kicks, punches, footwork, and blocks, plus lots of pushups (Push up maadbeku!). We make you sweat, but you’ll also laugh, learn, and sometimes, struggle a bit. That's how confidence comes - not overnight, but step by step.

How We Do It
Our coaches are internationally certified and actually care. Sessions include sparring (Kyorugi) in full safety gear, so you get to test skills in a safe way. We focus on discipline, but we’re not scary strict - you’ll get encouragement, respect, and a bit of Namma Karnatakadalli (our Karnataka) spirit every class.

My Story
Namaskara! We’re KTA, right here in Bengaluru. For us, Taekwondo is more than medals – it’s about respect, discipline, and building guts. That feeling when our students win gold for Bengaluru Urban or get picked for Nationals? Next level, boss! I keep learning too – just got my Poomsae coaching cert from Pune. We’re family here, always training hard, sometimes playing with our puppy Lachmi, and cheering every kid, adult, or Para-athlete. KTA means achievement, simple.
My Work
All Types of Taekwondo Training - We teach Kyorugi, Poomsae coaching (Bengaluru style), Freestyle Taekwondo sessions, fitness training, and self-defense. Kids, adults, everyone welcome.
Competitive & Championship Prep - Our Taekwondo competition training is for those who want to win medals at state, inter-school, or national events. We make champions.
Energetic, Real Training Style - Consistency is key – be ready to kick, jump maadu, shout maadbeku! We’ll push you hard, but you’ll love the results.
