About Yoga Instruction
A Different Kind of Yoga
We don’t see yoga as just a stretch-and-breathe activity. For us, it’s discipline, mental focus, and a bit of that martial arts attitude. Our Martial Yogi style mixes movement, mindfulness, and strength. If you’re looking for something more than just calm breathing, you’re in the right place.
What We Do
- Dynamic Flow Yoga and expressive Artistic Yoga, both with a martial arts twist
- Pushing limits: from basic poses like Trikonasana to advanced stuff like splits, inversions, and arm balances
- Flexibility and balance training is a big part, using a mix of solo and assisted stretches
- Classes for all ages, whether you’re a kid, a working adult, or somewhere in between
- Options for group energy, focused small-batch sessions, or even partner yoga if you want to try something different
Where You’ll Find Us
You’ll catch us in both Mysore (Gokulam, VV Mohalla, KD Road) and Bangalore (JP Nagar, Jayanagar, Banashankari). Sometimes we’re in a studio, sometimes out on a field at sunrise - depends on the day and the mood.
Jago jago re jago, ninna kanasu ninagu, muttu guriyanna yuva (Wake up, become your dream, reach your goal). If you’re ready for a challenge, join our Mysore yoga community and see what your body and mind can really do.
Meet your Expert
IMA-Inspiration Kung Fu
My Story
Started with just me and two students, a summer camp, and a Broad Sword. That madness for kung fu—couldn’t ignore it. On Ugadi 2013, we kicked off proper classes in Namma Mysuru. Now, 10+ years, we’re still here. Kids, seniors, girls, boys, all together, sweating under the sunrise, celebrating Ayudha Pooja as family. My students and instructors, they’re my '4 pillars.' This journey is pure hope. We’ll keep moving, inspiring, growing.
My Work
Kung-Fu, Tai-Chi & Yoga Classes - We teach practical self-defense, Tai-Chi flexibility classes, and weapons like Broad Sword and Bo staff.
Open for All Ages - Kids, adults, seniors, everyone trains together. Each person brings their own energy.
No Shortcuts, Only Basics - We focus on basics, patience, and effort. Mastery comes when every move has purpose.
Classes in Mysore & Bangalore - Sessions happen outdoors in parks or indoors in studios, in JP Nagar, Banashankari, and more.
