Dekho, don't expect soft mats and quiet meditation in my gym. This is high-intensity conditioning. We use advanced yoga asanas and calisthenics specifically to build the body control required for striking and grappling. Why Our Conditioning is Different

  • Functional Yoga: We don't do poses just for the sake of it. We use deep asanas for balance and shoulder stability. Look at the scorpion handstands in our gallery; that is pure core activation. It keeps you steady when you are grappling or taking a hit.
