This is what our training is all about: precision, power, and technique. Here, you can see one of my female students executing a perfect high kick (Jodan Mawashi Geri) during a sparring session, demonstrating the practical skills we build for all our students, regardless of gender.
I am incredibly proud of my champion, Samrath Mishra. This highlights his achievements in 2023 alone, securing medals at the UP State and National levels and representing India in Asian and South Asian Championships. This is the result of the XMA system.

Our training goes beyond fighting. We build complete athletes through advanced yoga, like this scorpion handstand (Vrischikasana), which develops incredible core strength, balance, and body control essential for martial arts.

Our Training System
