Our adult fitness programs are perfect for building strength at any level. This group is working through a circuit of dumbbell exercises, including bicep curls and shoulder presses, to build upper body and core strength.

Consistency is key to building strength. In this adult fitness class, members focus on proper form while performing dumbbell shoulder presses and deep squats to develop power and stability.

We focus on compound movements that work multiple muscle groups at once. This group is performing dumbbell lunges and bicep curls, an effective combination for building lean muscle and improving balance.

Kettlebells are a core part of our strength programming. Watch our members perform synchronized kettlebell swings, a fantastic exercise for developing explosive power in the hips and strengthening the entire posterior chain.

Our group sessions are filled with a variety of strength exercises. This montage shows members using dumbbells for upper body work, performing bodyweight squats for leg strength, and using kettlebells for dynamic swings.

About Strength & Functional Training

You don't need to be an expert to start, but you do need to be ready to work. Our floor is built with rubberized impact flooring and turf strips, specifically for the functional movements we do—think battle ropes, plyometric boxes, and TRX trainers. Coaches keep the ratios small, roughly 1:12, so you actually get corrected on your form rather than just sweating through a class unsupervised.
