About Women in Combat: Strength & Empowerment
You won't find mirrors for selfies here. When you walk in, you learn the mechanics of a proper jab, how to control the clinch, and how to stay calm when you are tired. We don't change the training because you are a woman; we expect the same effort, focus, and technical precision from every student on that mat. If you are here to work, you are welcome.
Training That Means Business
Many gyms sell 'cardio combat' classes that strip away the technique. We don't. Whether you are signing up for Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or Boxing, you are learning the same fundamentals we teach our competitive fighters.
Why Our Approach Works
- Technical Basics First: We start with your stance and footwork. You cannot punch or kick correctly if you are unbalanced. We will correct your form until it becomes muscle memory.
- Controlled Sparring: Once you have the basics, we introduce sparring. It is the only way to test what you have learned under pressure. It is safe, respectful, and essential.
- Conditioning with a Purpose: When we do drills, it is to build the gas tank you need to keep moving in a fight. You will hear us yell 'चल चल चल!' (Go! Go! Go!) because that is when you get stronger—not when you are comfortable.
Your Environment
We built an air-conditioned, warehouse facility in Andheri East designed for hard work, not social hour. We have a partial cage setup for wall drills and use high-density EVA mats to keep you safe.
We see all kinds of women here—mothers and daughters training together, working professionals looking for a mental release, and those training to compete. The common thread is consistency. If you show up and do the work, you will see the results. If you are looking for a place to hide in the back of the room, this is not it. We are here to build fighters.
