About Women's Self-Defense & Training
You aren't just joining a gym, you are entering a mandir. In our women’s self-defense and karate batches, we focus on raw technique rather than flashy moves. Whether it is stance, strike, or ground control, our coaches are on the mat with you, correcting your form and teaching you how to use your body weight to defend yourself effectively. Come ready to sweat, because mehnat (hard work) is the only way to build real confidence.
We strip away the noise. At our Vashi and Nerul locations, you won't find fancy mirrors or endless machines. Instead, you get professional MMA mats, heavy bags, and coaches who are active fighters themselves.
Our women's program covers a blend of Karate, Kickboxing, and functional self-defense tactics. We teach you how to escape grabs, manage distance, and land strikes that have actual impact. It does not matter if you have never thrown a punch in your life or if you have trained before—we meet you where you are and push you to the next level.
