Core Training Regimen
- Unlimited Weekly Access: Entry to 10-12 pro-scheduled sessions per week, split between morning technical drills and evening sparring.
- Multi-Discipline Curriculum: Covers Muay Thai striking, Wrestling takedowns, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi) under Black Belt oversight.
- Live Sparring: Supervised shark tank and MMA simulation rounds ensuring safety while mimicking fight reality.
Facility & Gear
- Combat Zone: DLF Phase 1 basement facility equipped with professional Dollamur-style mats, cage wall panels, and heavy bags.
- Strength Station: Functional fitness zone with squat racks, kettlebells, and pull-up bars for explosive conditioning.
- Amenities: Basic changing rooms, lockers, and functional shower facilities.
Team Environment
- Active Roster Partners: Drills and sparring partners include active MFN and Road to UFC fighters.
- Progress Tracking: Continuous informal evaluation by the Head Coach to monitor fight readiness.
8-Week Fight Camp Package
Strategic Development
- Opponent Analysis: Creation of a specific game plan focusing on striking patterns, takedown entries, and submission threats.
- Private Coaching: Includes 12-16 one-on-one sessions (60 mins) with Senior Instructors to drill specific win conditions.
- Simulation Rounds: Dedicated pressure-test sessions where the team mimics the specific opponent style.
Athlete Support
- Weight Management: Customized nutrition plan for fueling the camp and a structured water loading protocol for fight week.
- Physio Integration: Initial consultation and periodic check-ins to manage camp-related injuries and fatigue.
- Cornering Prep: Logistics coordination and strategic preparation for the corner team ahead of fight week.
Facility Access
- Class Inclusion: Full entry to all standard group sessions for the duration of the 8 weeks.
- Video Review: Analysis of sparring footage to correct technical errors before the bout.

Earning Your Spot
Our fight team is stacked with champions, but nobody gets a free pass. Every spot is earned through tough tryouts, whether you’re an up-and-comer or already holding a belt. We look at:
- Running and conditioning
- Striking technique
- Clinch, takedowns, ground game, submissions
- Sparring and advanced fight simulation drills
For top performers, we sponsor a full year of training. We want to build Indian MMA champions, not just fill classes.
What Training Looks Like
Everyday’s a grind. We cover striking, wrestling, BJJ, and strength & conditioning. Our coaches are pro fighters themselves, so you’re learning from people who walk the walk. Fight camps get intense - nine weeks of game plans, skill sharpening, and elite fight camp experience for big bouts.
All-in Support
We’re a team, not just a gym. Coaches, teammates, and physios have your back, in and out of the cage. Yahan pe, aur koi tension nahi (Here, there are no other worries). It’s all about becoming your best.

My Story
We kicked off Warrior’s Cove back in 2012, when MMA was barely a thing in India. This place, our Academy, isn’t just a gym—it’s a home for warriors. Folks come from Manipur, UP, Kashmir, all chasing the same dream. We see shy kids turn into confident fighters. It's not just about pros—our Little Warriors program is for every kid who wants to be tough, not a bully. It’s all about empowerment, for everyone.
