This is where the real training happens. We move past the basics and get into the ring for one-on-one pad work and controlled sparring, building your fight IQ and precision under pressure.

In the ring, we drill together as a team. I guide my students through punching combinations, making sure everyone's technique is sharp. This is how we prepare for a real fight.

One on one pad work with a female student in the ring. I teach her how to throw punches with power and precision. Strength knows no gender here.

A proper sparring session between two of my boxers. This is where they apply everything they have learned. It is about technique, timing, and heart.

Slow motion pad work shows the details of the punch. You can see the technique, the impact, and the connection between the boxer and the coach.

Monday is not a silent day here. The sound of gloves hitting the pads is the sound of progress. We start the week strong.

Even celebrities come here to train and learn the art of boxing. Here I am wrapping the hands of Temptations Island star Tayne De Villiers before a session in the ring.

The only language we speak in the ring is boxing. Here, I am communicating with my young boxers through drills, teaching them to react and counter.

Monday sessions are always intense. We get straight to work in the ring, sharpening our skills and pushing our limits from the very start of the week.
