I believe fitness should be the happiest part of your day. My philosophy is simple: sab apna time pe (everyone goes at their own pace). I have worked with students aged 18 to 64, and the goal is always progress over perfection. Whether you are looking for Hatha-Vinyasa yoga to improve flexibility, strength training to build muscle, or a high-tempo Zumba session to burn stress, I adapt the intensity to where you are today.
