A glimpse into my rhythm. This is how I blend strength, yoga, and movement to keep energy high and balance consistent.

This is what my group classes are all about: high energy, focused work, and a great community vibe. In this clip, we are using sticks to challenge our core with a stability-focused ab workout. It’s a great way to build strength while maintaining proper form.

I love mixing traditional yoga with dynamic fitness challenges. This video shows some of the movements we practice, from mastering a pistol squat on an unstable ball to building power with battle ropes and box jumps. It is all about developing functional strength and control.

Performing Ustrasana, or the Camel Pose, against a sunset backdrop. This deep backbend is incredible for stretching the entire front of the body, improving spinal flexibility, and strengthening the back muscles. It’s a powerful posture for improving posture and opening the chest.

A glimpse into my personal practice on International Yoga Day, moving through a sequence of asanas. This video includes a supported headstand (Sirsasana) and boat pose (Navasana), demonstrating the strength, balance, and focus that a consistent yoga practice develops.

Here is an advanced challenge combining a pistol squat on a dumbbell with an overhead barbell press. This movement demands incredible stability, core engagement, and full-body coordination. It’s a perfect example of how we can use strength training to enhance our yoga practice.

Finding a moment of focus and balance with a pistol squat by the sea. For me, fitness is a mindset that you can take anywhere. The connection between the mind and body is what allows us to find stability, whether on a gym floor or on uneven rocks.

This image captures my core philosophy: "Balance is not something you find, it's something you create." Through poses like the Camel Pose and King Pigeon Pose, we actively build the physical and mental strength required to create balance in our lives.

About Featured

I do not just stick to the yoga mat. In these classes, you will see me using sticks for core stability, balancing on medicine balls, or mixing calisthenics with yoga flows. It is not about looking perfect in a pose or holding a static position for minutes. It is about how you control your body, whether you are training in a studio in Indiranagar or at your own home.
