About Behind the Scenes: Our Vlogs

Training isn't always about the highlight reel. Our vlogs show the real stuff—days when our knees hurt, when we struggle to nail a vault, and how our team supports each other through it. If you want to know what it’s really like to trade a gym for a park and learn to move with freedom, watch our journey.

Our '365 Days of Movement' vlog series isn't about showing off perfect stunts. It is a documentation of our life at Vanarshala—our successes, our injuries, and the hard work that happens between the frames. When we train in places like Lodhi Garden or our dedicated Shala in Gurgaon, we aren't just following a fitness regime. We are living 'Vanargiri.'

What You Will See

In these vlogs, you will see the team working through real problems. We cover the technical side of things, like how we deconstruct a flip or the specific conditioning drills we use to build functional strength. But more importantly, we talk about the mental game. You will see how we handle injury rehabilitation, how we listen to our bodies when we are exhausted, and how we use tools like yogic shatkarm to stay balanced.

Why We Film It

We believe movement is a universal language. Whether you are recovering from an injury like our teammate Harit, or you are a beginner scared to jump, these videos are meant to show you that you aren't alone. We want to remove the fear of 'looking fit.' We focus on movement for longevity, using bodyweight and the natural environment instead of heavy machines.

We train in small groups of 10 to 15, which means our coaches are always there to spot you and correct your form. If you've ever felt like the gym life isn't for you, watch our vlogs to see how we play, climb, and crawl. Come join us at the Shala—let’s move together.
