This is animal flow. We move together, mimicking the primal movements that build incredible strength and coordination. It’s about finding fluidity and power in a playful, supportive group.
We create a space where women can explore movement without pressure. This is about discovering your own strength, creativity, and confidence through playful, heart-led training.

From dynamic parkour jumps over obstacles to synchronized group exercises on the grass, our sessions are diverse. We train to be adaptable, strong, and connected, both as individuals and as a community.

About Featured
We don't use treadmills. Our sessions at the Shala and city parks turn walls, railings, and grass into your gym. If you are nervous about your first vault or returning after a long break, we focus on safe, hands-on spotting so you feel supported every time you move.
Vanarshala is more than a fitness center, it is a 'Masti ki Pathshala' where we train outdoors to reconnect with our natural rhythm. Whether you are at our Gurgaon Shala in Sector 95A or joining us at Lodhi Garden and Vasant Vatika, our movement practice is built on three pillars: Parkour, Animal Flow, and Functional Conditioning.
Parkour isn't just about big jumps, it is about learning to navigate the world around you with confidence. We break down vaults, precision jumps, and landings into simple, safe steps. For those who find standard gym workouts boring, our Animal Flow sessions—crawls, rolls, and ground-based movements—rebuild coordination and strength in ways you might not expect.
Why train inside four walls when you can breathe fresh air? We use the environment to teach pull-ups, climbing, and balance. We keep our batches small, typically 10 to 15 movers, because we believe in technique over repetition. Every session includes mobility work and yoga-inspired stretching to ensure your joints stay healthy and your recovery is fast.
Our community is a mix of beginners, busy parents, and movement enthusiasts. Age does not matter here. If you are worried about your current fitness level, don't be.
