This is what parkour is all about: freedom, flow, and fearless movement! We were so happy to host some of the incredible practitioners who helped establish parkour at Delhi Rock, showcasing amazing flips, vaults, and acrobatics in our space.

Parkour is for everyone, especially kids! Our sessions are packed with energy, featuring everything from basic vaults and floor exercises to balance training on the slackline. It's all about learning through play.

Here’s our weekly schedule for all activities. Parkour classes for adults and kids run on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. A monthly pass gives you access to all our classes, including climbing and calisthenics!

Our studio at Siri Fort is fully matted with custom-built obstacles designed specifically for learning parkour safely. We don’t care about flashy jumps on day one; we focus on landing techniques, safety rolls, and building strength, so you can actually trust your body to move the way you want.
Movement for Everyone
We built Delhi Rock to be more than just a gym. It is a space to explore what your body can actually do. If you have never jumped over an obstacle or climbed a wall, this is the place to start. We strip away the intimidating gym vibe and keep things chill. You will find adults learning to balance on slacklines and kids playing games that secretly teach them foundational parkour skills.
Our Approach
Our parkour sessions are structured around progression, not performance. You start with the basics: vaults, precision jumps, and landings. Our team, including coaches like Uzair, focuses on form correction and spotting, ensuring you get the technique right before trying anything complex. We have the space, the gear, and the matted floors to help you push your limits without unnecessary risk.
More Than Just Parkour
Your membership does not lock you into one thing. We run climbing, aerial silks, Vayu Yoga, and calisthenics. Most of our members jump between classes because they want a body that is strong, agile, and mobile. If you are curious, drop in for a session, see how the space feels, and meet the crew. Whether you are prepping for a specific move or just want to get moving, we have a spot for you.
