Elite Conditioning & Functional Fitness in Sector 72, Noida
Forget machines that do the work for you. At Vajra, we build raw strength with old-school conditioning, wrestling drills, and high-intensity circuits that prepare you for the ring and real life.
This is a glimpse into our circuit training. We combine different stations like barbell lifts, agility drills, and heavy bag work to keep the intensity high and build all-around fitness. The goal is to improve strength, speed, and endurance simultaneously.
A strong and flexible body is essential for any athlete. Here our students are working on core stability and mobility exercises, including headstands and leg raises, which are crucial for grappling and overall body control.
This is SAPATE, a classic wrestling conditioning drill. It builds explosive power in the lower body and incredible stamina. This is the kind of old-school, effective training we believe in.
Our conditioning sessions are dynamic and varied. This montage shows a mix of wrestling takedown drills, shadow boxing for footwork, and medicine ball slams for developing explosive power.
We use a variety of tools to build functional strength. This session includes dumbbell exercises for power, bodyweight movements for agility, and medicine ball work to build a strong, explosive core.
Training should also build teamwork and reflexes. We incorporate fun but challenging drills like this one to improve coordination and reaction time in a group setting.
About Elite Conditioning & Functional Fitness
We don't believe in machines that isolate muscle groups; we use our bodies, battle ropes, and wrestling-style conditioning like Sapate to build real power. Our goal isn't just to sell a gym membership—it is to turn you into an athlete who can handle any challenge. If you are tired of paying for a facility you rarely use, come train where the actual fighters sweat.
The Vajra Approach to Real Power
Most commercial gyms focus on aesthetics, but at Vajra, we focus on performance. We train differently because our coaches are active fighters who know that raw strength is useless without endurance and agility.
What We Focus On:
- Compound Strength: We prioritize core lifts like squats and bench presses alongside calisthenics—ceiling-mounted rope climbing, pull-ups, and dips. This builds a foundation that actually carries over to daily life and combat.
- Combat Conditioning: We integrate wrestling drills like Sapate and Dand Baithak. These are proven to build unmatched stamina and explosive power. You will work with battle ropes, reflex bags, and heavy tires to keep your heart rate up and your reflexes sharp.
- Functional Circuits: Our Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions are dedicated to high-intensity circuit training. Using medicine balls, agility hurdles, and cones, we force your body to adapt to sudden changes in movement, speed, and endurance.
We do not use air conditioning because we believe you need to feel the heat to understand what your body is truly capable of when under pressure. Whether you are here for weight loss, muscle gain, or to improve athletic performance, I personally tailor the programming to your level. You aren't just joining a gym; you are joining a group that trains with intent.
