When you join a Yin-vyasa session, you are not just moving through poses, but actively using Frankincense essential oil to help release the energy of worry and guiding your focus through micro-cosmic orbit meditations. This specific practice helps align your physical movement with the 5 Daoist Elements, allowing you to settle into the stillness between breaths.
