You do not need to be a dancer to join, as most of my students start with two left feet and end up leading the chorus. We keep the steps simple so you can focus on the masti (fun) while burning 500 to 800 calories per session, and yes, we always finish with that one more song you will be begging for.
Why my classes are different
I’m Upen, and I believe fitness should never feel like a chore. My sessions are designed to be a full-blown party, blending the Latin rhythms of official Zumba with the infectious beats of Bollywood and Bhangra. Whether you are a beginner or a regular, my choreography is built to make you sweat without overthinking the steps.
What happens in a session
Each 60-minute class is structured for maximum output. We start with mobility drills to warm up, move into 45 minutes of intermittent training—switching between high-intensity cardio and rhythmic cool-downs—and finish with a proper stretch. It is a total-body workout that targets 500 to 800 calories per session.

I operate out of several premium fitness studios across Delhi, including locations in Vikaspuri, Dwarka, Greater Kailash, Vasant Kunj, and Punjabi Bagh. We run morning and evening batches to fit into your busy schedule.
