About Bollywood & Bhangra Beats

My classes are designed to be a full-blown party, not a chore. We keep the choreography simple so everyone can jump right in, and we focus on non-stop movement to the latest Bollywood and Punjabi tracks until the very last beat of the cool-down.

It is not just about the calorie burn—though you can expect to torch 500 to 800 calories in a session—it is about the energy in the room. I host sessions across various studios in Delhi, including Vikaspuri, Dwarka, and Greater Kailash, where I blend official Latin Zumba rhythms with the high-octane energy of Punjabi folk and popular Bollywood hits.

Every class follows a structured 60-minute flow. We start with a quick warm-up to prep your muscles, followed by 45 minutes of non-stop dance cardio, and wrap up with a proper cool-down stretch. I do not care if you have two left feet; the steps are designed to be intuitive and fun.
