Grooving to the trending Badshah track 'Gone Girl' with my members at Anytime Fitness in Dwarka. This routine is a perfect example of how we mix commercial hits with a fitness twist.

The 'Makeba' trend took over, and we had to create a routine for it. This clip shows a fun, simple, and groovy dance that anyone can follow along with.

A mashup of 'Pasoori' and 'Calm Down' is the perfect fusion. This routine combines two massive hits into one seamless and enjoyable dance fitness experience.

The viral hit 'Sanak' by Badshah turned into a high-energy fitness routine. This clip shows the power and intensity we bring to trending tracks.

This is one of my favorite tracks from the official ZIN 103 volume. This Cumbia routine is full of fun footwork and hip movements, delivering an authentic Latin dance experience.

I love this track, 'Ay Dios', from ZIN 102. It's a perfect example of the infectious energy and rhythm that official Zumba music brings to our classes.

About Zumba's Global Beats: Latin & More

The best part? You don't need to be a dancer to join. My classes use simple, repetitive steps that follow the beat, so you’ll catch on in minutes. We spend the first 7 minutes on mobility and warm-up, and then it’s 45 minutes of non-stop cardio before a cool-down. Everyone’s here to have fun, not to judge steps—so just show up and let the music do the work. Aya fir maza k nhi?

It’s a structured 60-minute session: we start with a gentle warm-up to get your joints ready, dive into high-intensity intermittent training to burn those 500-800 calories, and finish with a proper cool-down.

You can drop in for a single trial session (₹500–₹700) to check the vibe before committing to a monthly batch. We run morning and evening batches across Delhi—Dwarka, GK2, Punjabi Bagh, and more. Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle, because trust me, we’re going to sweat.
