About this collection
You aren't just joining a gym, you are stepping into a fight environment. The HSR branch features a full-sized competition cage where we conduct sparring simulations, so you get used to the restricted space of a real fight before you ever step into an actual ring.

Our facility is designed for repetition, intensity, and technical growth. We use professional-grade tatami mats that provide the right grip for BJJ and wrestling takedowns, while offering enough cushioning to protect your joints during high-impact striking drills.

We are fully stocked with high-quality punching bags. You will find heavy bags for power development and specific uppercut bags to help you refine your precision. It is all about putting in the work, so we keep the gear accessible, well-maintained, and ready for your daily grind.

Whether you are training at our HSR Layout facility or our Kodichikkanahalli branch, the atmosphere remains consistent. We do not focus on commercial frills like fancy saunas or juice bars.
