About this collection
Joining our fight team isn't about just showing up for a class, it's about shifting to a pro mindset. You will learn to treat every session like a game plan, where your striking and grappling are combined systematically to solve problems, exactly how you would in a real match.
The Kaizen Fight Approach
When you step into our 'Road to UFC' program, you leave the 'fitness-only' mentality at the door. We focus on the why behind every technique. Whether it's chaining a boxing combination into a takedown or executing a back escape using four points, everything has a purpose. We analyze your movement, correct your leverage, and ensure your fight IQ grows alongside your physical conditioning.
What Training Looks Like
We are a squad, not a factory. Our fight camps are intense but structured. You will be drilling:
- Grappling Mechanics: From guard passing to advanced submission setups, often tested in local circuit events like the Flamingo Jiu-Jitsu tournament.
- Striking & Clinch: Muay Thai and boxing techniques adapted for the cage, focusing on power and precision.
- Sparring Protocols: We maintain high intensity, but keep it controlled. You only move to sparring once you have cleared the fundamental assessments.
Why You'll Fit In
We have students ranging from freshers aiming for their first amateur match to seasoned competitors prepping for championships like the Nepal Warriors. We break down complex footage, make notes on our sessions, and treat training like an exam. If you are ready to put in the work and want a team that backs you through the wins and the losses, this is where you belong. Come train at our HSR Layout studio.
