A good workout is one that happens. Here, I'm working with a student on pad drills, focusing on speed and accuracy.

Pad work is essential for building combinations and reflexes. Here, I'm coaching a student on his boxing technique in the ring.

First you drill it, then you kill it. This is how we build muscle memory, practicing offensive and defensive boxing drills until they become second nature.

Controlled sparring is key to applying what you learn. Here, two of our fighters work on their boxing, exchanging punches and working on footwork.

About this collection

We don't teach you to dance in the ring. Every session starts with technical drills to fix your stance and guard before we put on the gloves for controlled sparring. You will learn to handle actual strikes because you are training with partners who know how to punch, not just fitness enthusiasts hitting the air.

The Akhada Approach

At Vajra, we keep it real. Our boxing and kickboxing training happens in a professional 'Force Ten' ring, not in front of a mirror in a glitzy commercial gym. We run a high-intensity environment, so expect a non-AC basement setup with high ventilation—it is a sweat-drenched place because that is where the work happens.

What You Will Actually Learn

  • Striking: We focus on clean jab-cross combinations, defensive head movement, and finding the right angles.
  • Kickboxing: We integrate leg kicks, knees, and teeps with your boxing combinations so you know how to fight at different ranges.
  • Sparring: This is where theory becomes practice. We run controlled sparring sessions on the mats and in the ring, where you will learn to manage pressure, control your breathing, and stay calm when things get heated.

Why You Train Here

Most gyms in Delhi-NCR have one coach trying to teach everything. That does not work. Here, you get access to four different trainers—all active fighters who are currently competing in the circuit. You aren't learning from someone who 'used to fight' years ago; you are learning the updated, evolving techniques that we use ourselves when we step into the cage.
