About From Beginner to Confident Swimmer
You do not need to be fit or fearless to start; you just need to show up. We use float therapy to dismantle that initial water phobia before we ever touch stroke technique. My goal is to make you trust the water, not fight it, so you can focus on building real confidence from day one.
Building Confidence in the Water
Many of my students come to me with a fear of the deep end, and that is completely normal. My coaching method is not about forcing you into the water—it is about helping you build mental fortitude. We start with simple breathing, floating, and gliding. We work on your mind just as much as your physical skills because if you can control your mind, your body will follow.
The Two-Month Process
We don't believe in shortcuts. My adult swimming programs are structured in 2-month cycles. This ensures that you have enough time to unlearn bad habits, build endurance, and actually get comfortable. You will attend 3 sessions per week, giving you the consistency required to turn effort into progress.
- Small Batch Sizes: We keep groups small (about 5 to 8 students) so you get the attention you actually need.
- Technique Focused: We work on proper body position, efficient kicking, and breath control.
- Open Water Transition: For those ready to level up, we include guided open water sessions at Juhu or Versova to help you handle real sea conditions.
Where We Train
I conduct sessions at club pools in Andheri West, such as Raheja Classic. This provides a controlled, safe environment for you to learn without distractions.
