I do not coach from the poolside. I get into the water with you for every single session. Whether I am correcting your arm movement for freestyle or helping a nervous child overcome the fear of splashing, my hands-on method ensures you are learning the proper technique from day one.
My Coaching Philosophy
Learning to swim is as much about mindset as it is about movement. In my sessions, we focus on what matters: technique, safety, and consistency. My approach is simple and direct. I tell my students, "Jo bola hai, wahi karna hai" (Just do what I have told you), because precision is how we prevent bad habits from forming.
Programs for Everyone
- Beginners: We start with the basics of water acclimatization. Phase 1 focuses on bubbling, breath control, and the starfish float. Once you are comfortable, we move to kicking and basic freestyle.
- Kids: My method for children is gentle and slow. We focus on building confidence first so that learning to swim feels like an adventure rather than a chore.
- Advanced Squad: For experienced swimmers, we move to stroke mechanics for butterfly and breaststroke, speed drills, and endurance laps.
- Private vs. Group: I offer both. Group classes are great for motivation and shared progress. Private coaching is ideal if you have a specific goal, want faster results, or have infants who require 1-on-1 attention.
Location and Convenience
I operate across the Mumbai Metropolitan Area. If you have a residential pool, I can come to you for private coaching. Otherwise, you can join my sessions at the dedicated Swim n Trim facility in Chinchpokli. Regardless of the location, I keep class sizes small so you get the attention you need to succeed.
