About Adult Swimming: It's Never Too Late
We keep our classes intentionally small with a strict 1:6 coach-to-student ratio. This ensures you receive direct, hands-on attention to master buoyancy and stroke technique, especially if you are starting from zero or working through a fear of the water.
Learning to swim as an adult is not about hitting arbitrary targets. It is about patience and progress. At The Swimfinity, we follow the Michael Phelps Swimming (MPS) curriculum, which breaks down complex movements into manageable steps: Breath, Buoyancy, Body Position, and Balance. Whether you are at our Vashi, Sanpada, or Kharghar facility, the process remains consistent. Your coach will be in the water with you to demonstrate techniques, correct your posture, and ensure you feel secure. 🏊♂️
We do not rush your development. You start by simply getting comfortable with your face in the water, move to floating, and then gradually transition to freestyle and backstroke. Our pools are maintained to high hygiene standards, and we provide sanitized equipment like kickboards and noodles to help you learn faster. Many of our adult students come to us with a fear of the deep end, and seeing them finally glide across the pool is a 'kya baat hai' moment for our entire team. 🌟
You get 45 to 60 minutes of active water time per session, providing enough practice to build muscle memory. If you are worried about your schedule, we offer flexible batches and weekend options to fit your routine. Consistency is the only requirement.
