Whether we are at a club pool in Andheri West or doing guided sea swims at Juhu and Versova, my method is simple: breathe, let go, and trust the water.

I have been teaching for 18 years, and I have seen that anyone, from infants to seniors, can master the water if they are willing to show up.
My Training Approach
I focus on movement, not just mechanics. We don't fight the water; we learn to work with it. For beginners and those with aquaphobia, I use float therapy techniques to release tension. This isn't about rushing to the finish line. It is about understanding your own body, building breath control, and gaining the confidence to move independently.
Programs for Everyone
- Kids & Toddlers: My batches for children prioritize safety, motor skills, and water confidence through game-based learning. We start as early as 6 months.
- Adults & Seniors: It is never too late to start. My adult batches are perfect for those who want to learn from scratch or refine their technique in a supportive, small-group environment.
- Open Water: Once you have the basics, we take it to the next level. I provide guided open-water sea swimming sessions at Juhu or Versova for those ready to challenge themselves in real ocean conditions.
