When I arrive at your home pool, we start with a 15-minute consultation to assess your current comfort level and specific goals. Whether we are working on basic breath control or refining your freestyle technique, every 60-minute session is fully private and customized to your personal pace, ensuring you feel supported and in control from the moment you step into the water.
