Swimming has always been more than a sport for me – it’s survival, joy, and a way to grow at any age. I believe anyone can learn, whether you’re 6 months or 74 years old.
My Approach
- Consistency is king. You’ll see results by showing up, not by waiting for motivation.
- Progress over perfection. Small wins add up, so don’t stress about getting everything right on day one.
- Mind over muscle. We work on building mental strength just as much as physical skills.
- Work with the water. I’ll show you how to move with the water, not fight against it.
All Ages, All Stages
- For babies and toddlers, we start with water familiarization – splashing, floating, and playing till the fear melts away.
- Kids get fun lessons focused on balance and posture, with a bit of supervised risk so they learn what they can do.
- Adults and seniors, it’s never too late. I’ve helped many start from scratch, including a 74-year-old. Being ready is a myth – you start, you get better.
Breaking Water Fears
If you’re scared of water, you’re not alone. We use float therapy and simple steps to unlock calm and build real water confidence. Sometimes, beech mein thoda samundar ka paani peena padega (you might swallow a bit of sea water), but maza aayega (it will be fun).
