About Additional Work
In our training sessions, consistency is the foundation. We run three sessions per week because that is the rhythm required to build muscle memory and true comfort in the water. You will find us working on everything from breath control to stroke correction at our pool in Andheri West. If you are looking for a casual dip, this is not the right place for you. We are here to train, develop, and push our limits.
Swimming is not about fighting the water. It is about feeling it, trusting it, and moving with ease. My training programs are designed for those who are ready to put in the effort. Whether you are learning your first stroke or looking to refine your technique for competitive swim coaching, the process remains the same. You have to do it every day.
The Training Environment
We operate small group batches, usually 5 to 8 students, which allows me to provide hands-on feedback. We train regularly at club pools in Andheri West, such as Raheja Classic. The curriculum covers a full spectrum: breath control, floating, gliding, and advanced stroke mechanics.
Why Consistency Matters
Most people fail because they lack preparation. My philosophy is simple: Do what is right, not what is easy. You will encounter days where you feel lost or frustrated. That is part of the process. My job is to guide you through those moments until the body follows what the mind controls.
We focus on:
- Technical Proficiency: Video stroke analysis and mobility drills to fine-tune your movement.
- Water Confidence: Breaking aquaphobia through float therapy and progressive steps.
- Physical Conditioning: Building endurance alongside proper body positioning.
This is not a quick fix. It is a journey of growth. If you are committed to the process, we will get you there.
