About Adult Swimming Lessons
We know the biggest hurdles to swimming are often weather and skin concerns. That is why our pool is 100% indoor and temperature-controlled, so you can swim comfortably whether it is pouring rain or peak summer. Plus, our ozonized filtration system means no harsh chlorine smell or skin irritation, just a smooth, clean session every time.
Your Journey to Water Confidence
It is never too late to learn how to swim. We see adults walk through our doors every day who are nervous about the water, and our coaching approach is built entirely around patience. We do not believe in a one-size-fits-all drill. Our coaches focus on small-batch learning, meaning you get the attention you need to master your freestyle, breaststroke, or simply find your comfort in the deep end.
Why Choose Our Lessons?
- Small Batch Sizes: We keep groups between 6 to 10 students per coach. This ensures you are not lost in a crowd and your coach can correct your form in real-time.
- Safety First: Our instructors focus on water confidence before technique. If you are a beginner, we start with the basics of breathing and balance.
- Consistent Practice: We offer regular coaching batches (typically 12 sessions per month), so you stay consistent with your progress. Consistency is key when learning a new physical skill.
Beyond the Coaching
Once you have mastered the basics, you can upgrade to a membership for self-paced practice. Our pool length is 12 to 15 meters, which is ideal for working on your fitness, aqua physiotherapy, or just clearing your mind after a long day at work. We are located right here in Mulund West, making it easy to fit a session into your busy schedule.
