About Our Therapeutic Yoga Sessions
Unlike a standard gym class, every session here involves manual adjustments. If you are struggling with a slip disc, sciatica, or knee issues, I personally guide your posture and use targeted nerve-pressing techniques to release that pain. You are not just following a video, you are following a recovery path designed for your specific ailment.
Many people reach out to me only after they have tried everything else. If you are dealing with cervical spondylitis, lumbar issues, or chronic migraines, the goal is simple. We aim to help you reduce and eventually stop relying on painkillers. My studio in Lajpat Nagar is built for this. We keep batch sizes small, around 15 to 20 people, so everyone gets my attention.
We work on a Monday through Friday schedule, with each session lasting an hour. Whether you are dealing with frozen shoulder or general stiffness, the work is strictly non-medical and natural. For those who cannot make it to the studio, I also run interactive live classes on Zoom. In these sessions, I provide verbal corrections to ensure your form is safe.
Consistency is the most important part of this journey. You will likely feel a difference in your pain levels within the first week of starting, but we focus on long-term relief. My quarterly packages are designed for those with deeper issues like slip disc, helping you move from basic pain management to actual strengthening. We do not do crash diets or pills.
