Every sweet bake here starts with the same 48-hour fermented dough base we use for our breads, which means you get that same gut-friendly, slow-fermented quality in your dessert. If you are ordering a batch for a party, please give us at least 24 hours' notice, because good dough simply cannot be rushed just to fill a box.
We don't do boring, and we definitely don't do shortcuts. When you order from our sweet menu, you are getting pastries that have been laminated, proofed, and baked specifically for your order.
