About Festive & Seasonal Collections
My festive menu is not about fancy packaging; it is about the three days I spend fermenting every loaf. Whether it is the Panettone or the Stollen, you are getting the same slow-processed, additive-free dough that I sell daily at my Bandra and Mahalaxmi counters. If you want mass-produced, this is not it. But if you want real, butter-heavy, quality holiday food that actually tastes like the ingredients inside, I have you covered.
I started TwentySeven because I was tired of shortcuts in the kitchen. When the holidays roll around, that doesn't change. I don't use preservatives or industrial additives just to extend shelf life.
Why the 3-Day Process Matters
My Panettone, for instance, takes three days to craft. That is not just for show. It is the only way to get that airy, cloud-like crumb and deep flavour. When you slice into one of my loaves, you are eating food that has had time to develop, not something rushed through a factory.
The Festive Spread
Everything on this page follows the same logic:
- Panettone & Stollen: Traditional recipes, done properly. No scrimping on the fruit or the butter.
- Cookie Tins: Five global classics in one box. No filler, just distinct, high-quality biscuits perfect for gifting or keeping for yourself.
- Maritozzo: My signature sweet bun, given a seasonal twist. It is rich, it is indulgent, and it is made fresh.
Logistics & Delivery
I run my bakehouse in Bandra and Worli with a simple rule: we only bake what we can manage to do well. Because we do not rely on preservatives, all festive orders require 24 to 48 hours of notice. This ensures that what arrives at your door is as fresh as if you had just walked into the shop. Whether you are hosting a house party in Nepean Sea Road or just want a festive spread for the office, the quality remains the same.
