For your event, I don’t just drop off cold food. I bring high-temperature portable ovens to bake 10-inch sourdough pizzas right in front of your guests, ensuring that signature leopard-spotted crust and fresh, piping-hot finish. My team manages the entire stall setup, from the branded frontage to the coffee station, so you don’t have to worry about the logistics—just the food.
How We Handle Events
I don’t do boring. Whether you are hosting a music festival at Jio World Garden, an art showcase, or a corporate mixer, I bring the bakery to you. My event service isn't about re-heating pre-made items; it is about recreating the TwentySeven Bakehouse kitchen in your space.
The Live Setup For larger events, I deploy my branded stall, complete with high-temperature ovens capable of firing fresh, naturally fermented sourdough pizzas on demand. We manage the full flow: from the pizza dough stretching to the finishing of toppings like truffle pate and hot honey. My team arrives early, sets up the branded frontage, and manages service for 3 to 4 hours, ensuring guests get fresh, blistering hot pizza, not something that has been sitting in a box.
Private & Corporate Gatherings If your event needs a different vibe, I offer premium grazing boxes and coffee bars. These are ideal for office mixers or house parties. Everything is prepared 24 to 48 hours in advance, packed in aesthetic, sturdy boxes, and delivered ready to display. You get the same sourdough-based sandwiches and artisanal bakes without the need for a full kitchen setup.
What You Need To Know
- Lead Time: Because my dough is slow-fermented (24-48 hours), I need a heads-up to ensure your order gets the attention it deserves.
- The Menu: For live setups, I run a rotation of my signature New York-style pizzas, garlic knots, and curated sides. If you want something specific from my bakehouse, we can usually accommodate it if you ask early enough.
- Logistics: I handle the branded signage, the team, and the food. You provide the space; I bring the taste.
