Modern Residential Architecture and Custom Home Design Concepts
I create homes that feel like they grew from the land. Whether it is a Greek-inspired garden terrace or a contemporary villa, my design process blends modern comfort with local techniques like lime plaster and handmade woodwork.

A custom-designed geometric grill provides security while also acting as a beautiful decorative screen, casting intricate shadows.
The geometric pattern of the window grills is a recurring motif, bringing a sense of unity to the building's exterior design.
The interior corridor of this home balances cool concrete floors with the warmth of traditional wooden furniture and intricately patterned window grills.
The main door is a statement piece, featuring a geometric brass inlay on solid wood that introduces a key design element right from the entrance.

About AGA & Other Residential Concepts
When I design a residential project, I do not look at catalogues; I look at how you actually move through your space. Take the custom geometric grills you see in these images. They are not just for decoration. I designed them to solve the real problem of balancing privacy with airflow, a critical factor in Bengaluru’s climate that keeps your home naturally ventilated.
My process is deeply rooted in the concept of climate-responsive architecture. For projects like the one pictured—which transformed from an office design into a family home mid-construction—I focus on structural adaptability. I believe a building should serve the people living in it, even if those needs change during the build phase.
Why Materials Matter
I avoid synthetic materials where possible. Instead, I bring in teams from across India to apply local skills. You will see this in the use of traditional lime plaster, which 'breathes' and keeps interiors cooler, and in our custom-built furniture using teak and rubberwood.
The Design-Build Advantage
I handle everything from the first sketch to the final interior finish. This is not just about aesthetics; it is about project management. By keeping civil work, plumbing rerouting, and custom joinery under my supervision, we avoid the typical delays of coordinating multiple contractors.
- Space Planning: I prioritize open floor plans that maximize natural light.
- Customization: If you want a specific vibe, like the Greek-inspired 'AGA' terrace, we use architectural elements like columns and arches to create that character without it feeling like a theme park.
- Sustainability: My goal is to reduce energy dependence through smart building orientation and cross-ventilation.
Whether you are renovating an apartment in the city or planning a villa from the ground up, I approach every project with the same focus: making luxury feel gentle on the earth.
