We build homes that connect to the earth, blending traditional Indian techniques with modern living for a sanctuary that feels truly alive.

This render shows the Calangute Villa in Goa, a five-bedroom family home designed to embrace its location. The multi-level structure opens up to a pool and terraced edible gardens, with views of undisturbed paddy fields.

An aspirational view from the Calangute Villa's living space, looking out over the pool towards the sunset. This render captures the essence of luxury tropical living that I aim to create for my clients.

A render of the Morjim Villas in Goa, showcasing the entry to a rammed earth villa through a tranquil lotus pond. This biophilic design element creates a serene arrival experience.

The recently completed farmhouse in Hassan, Karnataka, set within a coconut grove. The design features a large swimming pool as its centerpiece, with living spaces that open directly onto the deck.

A holiday home I designed in Coorg, nestled among old trees on a steep coffee plantation. The elevated deck provides a space to sit among the treetops and listen to the sounds of a nearby waterfall.

The Unnathi Farm pavilion near Magadi, built as a rustic retreat for a young family. The entire structure was built using natural and recycled materials, with a large veranda for farm life.

A design render for the Corgao Villa's interior, featuring a sculptural spiral staircase. The design combines modern forms with natural materials like wood and stone.

The shaded balcony of the Corgao Villa in Goa, with wooden screens that create a beautiful play of light and shadow while providing privacy and ventilation.

An interior render of the Corgao Villa, showing the open-plan living area and its connection to the outdoor deck. The human figures help to illustrate the scale and flow of the space.

About Private Residences & Villas

We operate on a full Design + Build model, which simplifies your project by consolidating architecture, structural engineering, and construction under one roof. You do not need to coordinate with multiple contractors; our team of architects and skilled local craftsmen manages everything from the initial site visit to the final handover, ensuring the build remains faithful to the original vision.

Our architecture is driven by a simple belief: we must reconcile modern comfort with our traditions. Whether we are building a farmhouse in the coconut groves of Hassan or a luxury villa in North Goa, we prioritize materials that breathe. We work with site-excavated soil for rammed earth walls, laterite stone, and reclaimed timber to create structures that feel like an extension of the landscape.

Building this way is a slow, intentional process. We do not rush. We collaborate with local artisans who bring their own hands-on expertise to the site, whether it is crafting wattle-and-daub panels or laying intricate oxide flooring. This team-based approach allows us to integrate biophilic elements like courtyards, lotus ponds, and deep, shaded verandahs that are essential for the tropical climate of India.

From our studio in Magadi to project sites across the country, we aim to build spaces that last. Our projects range from private family retreats to holiday homes, always maintaining a focus on thermal comfort and ecological responsibility. By choosing to build with us, you are choosing a process where the land, the materials, and the craftsmanship are all part of the same conversation.
